Through phone support, you will be interfacing with our wonderful customers, and working through various questions to help make their lives easier. Your mastery of the Instant Brands products will be invaluable as you guide our customers in learning the best ways to use their product, resolve any warranty claims, and maximize the features to ensure a great experience and delicious food. Ultimately, your goal will be to delight our customers and send them away with greater knowledge and a smile.

YOU WILL

 

  • Provide world-class service to our customers from North America over the phone.
  • Be an expert on Instant Brand products’ features, solutions, and benefits, and provide trusted guidance and tutorials about our products to new and existing customers.
  • Own customer issues, manage expectations, and escalate to appropriate channels when needed.
  • Represent the voice of our customers by interfacing and collaborating with other internal teams when appropriate.
  • Bring a flexible mindset and be nimble. We’ll rely on your feedback and technology advancements to quickly adapt to changes in product and process. 
Job Qualifications

THE SKILL SET

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and coaching with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and love for providing exceptional customer experience, and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of customer styles/behavior.
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems in an ever-evolving environment.

Stamina and focus to provide delightful support throughout your shift with a smile 

  • Tech capacity – the ability to learn new technology and products at lightning speed, as well as help and teach others!
  • Strong understanding of the tools needed to perform your day-to-day activities - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Bluetooth and Apple/Android APP would be an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Post-secondary school diploma is preferred.
